The Indian government started implementing the MSME registration process on July 1, 2020 which is a new Udyam Registration . There had been a period when it was commonly referred to as Udyog Aadhaar Registration. The new MSME registration process simplified the previous registration procedure. UDYAM REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE DETAILS


Proof of MSME registration is represented by the Udyam Registration Certificate. One will be given an Udyam Registrations certificate, which has a lifetime validity, by the Ministry of MSME after successfully completing all registration procedures. This certificate has a QR code that may be scanned in order to learn more about the companies that have registered with the Udyam Registration portal.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION NUMBER FOR UDYAM?


A permanent identifying number known as the "Udyam Registration Number" will be given to a company (referred to as "Udyam" in the Udyam Registration Certificate) upon registration. The UDYAM registration number is formatted as UDYAM-AP-00-0123456. The registration number may be used to check the status of your UDYAM registration or to print the UDYAM certificate online.

The Udyam registration number format can be further clarified.

  1. UDYAM, first five letters
  2. State Code, the next two digits
  3. CITY CODE, the next two digits
  4. The following 7 digits are a special Udyam Code issued to a company, similar to an Aadhar number.

HOW TO PRINT UDYAM CERTIFICATES ONLINE?


Following are the process to print the Udyam Registration Certificate:

Step 1: First, go to the Online Udyam Portal.

Step 2: Select "Print Udyam Certificate" from the menu at the top of the page.

Step 3: Enter the 16-digit Udyam registration number (URN), Applicant name, phone number, and email address in accordance with your certificate, and then click the "Submit" button.

Step 4: Pay your Udyam Registration Certificate price online.

Step 5: After getting in touch with you, one of our representatives will process your online form.

Step 6: A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your phone number or email address while the application is being processed. Give the representatives at our udyam center your OTP so they can carry on the print & download udyam process.

Step 7: The Udyam certificate will be emailed to the provided email address within 1-2 hours.

NOTE: In order to print an Udyam Certificate if you already have an old Udyog Aadhaar Certificate, you must convert it to a new Udyam Registration Certifcate. Just fill out our website's Udyam Re-Registration form to do it.
